Riot Studios Hosted Uzair Jaswal's Debut Album Launch

Well well well, the first music album of the year 2017 is here, thanks to the handsome and sensational Uzair Jaswal. Riot Studios and Native Rock PR arranged a fascinating album launch event. Uzair Jaswal officially launched the album and performed the songs from the album in front of the audience. The album Na Bhulana has a plethora of mind-blowing songs; each being very different from the rest.

The event was attended by a large number of people including some big names of the music industry in the likes of Shiraz Uppal, Ali Noor, Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan a.k.a. Xulfi, Farhad Humayun, Ahmed Ali Butt, Bilal KhanHasan Omer and more.

Uzair Jaswal shared all the stories behind the songs and interacted with the audience as the show progressed. For him, performing on stage in front of his mentors was nothing less than a dream that came true at Riot Studios; now being regarded as the house of live music.

Uzair Jaswal was well complimented by a bunch of talented musicians on stage. The Leo Brothers Haroon & Sharoon played guitar and violin respectively while Bilawal Lahooti played drums like a master.

Coming to the album, it starts with a soft number, also the title track Na Bhulana. The melody of the song is very captivating. It is the feel of the song that takes you to another world which is so delightful. Although, Uzair has sung every song with feel but this song is really special. The album picks up pace with the second song Bichra Dil. The lyrics of the song are very heart touching and cast magic all around. Violins and occasional flute are one of the attractions of this song.

Uzair Jaswal has always bowled his fans with his love songs and soothing vocals and this album beautifully carries his legacy forward. The third song Khazana is a wonderful song. The unplugged feel makes it a must listen. Na Bhulana is an album dedicated to love and every love story is incomplete without tragedies and sorrows. Jhootay Pal depicts that sort of situation. The chord progression compliments this song with sheer elegance. The lyrics are well placed with the tune which is sounding quite well. Full marks for this song!

Meri Rooh, the fifth song of the album is a soulful track full of emotions. Overall the composition is great but there are too many repetitions in the song which could have been avoided. However, the way Uzair has sung it is very commendable. Kahani is another......wait a second! This was the event review not the album review. Imagine, even we are mesmerized by the event so much that we totally forgot this was the event review. You have to listen this unforgettable album, Na Bhulana in order to experience what intensity and magic the songs have.

At the end of the show, Uzair sang his super hit number Tere Bin which everyone sang along. The improvisations sounded beautiful in the song. Lastly, he thanked the audience for being supportive throughout the show and he also thanked Farhad Humayun and Native Rock's Uzma Rao and New Yorker Pizza for arranging such a fine show.

Any party at Riot Studios is incomplete without surprise performances. After the album launch, it was time to entertain the charged up crowd. Farhad Humayun along with Xulfi, Shiraz Uppal and Ali Noor hopped on stage and what a dream band it was full of stars. It was such a beautiful sight that we rarely witness live.

The stage is set for more albums to release this year but it is going to be a tough competition; courtesy Uzair Jaswal's awe inspiring Na Bhulana. Uzair has raised the bar to quite an extent that it would be a tough battle of albums this year.
For now, we wish him all the very best and hope he keep coming up with more albums and give us more chances to watch him play his new songs live.
